Progress Hypnotherapy is based between Bristol and Bath, and I am fully qualified to practice Clinical & Advanced hypnotherapy, with accredited diplomas and other specialist qualifications.

I believe that every client is unique and I offer tailor-made therapy to empower you to take control of your life and progress it in the direction you want. My approach incorporates a variety of hypnotherapy techniques and NLP to offer you the best possible service.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, a professional organisation that regulates its members to ensure that they adhere to professional standards, codes of conduct and ethics. There is currently no regulation of hypnotherapy in the UK, so choosing a hypnotherapist who is a member of a professional organisation means you will receive the highest level of service.

Before finding hypnotherapy, I graduated with a first class honours degree in Cultural Studies and then worked in the publishing industry for six years as the Editor of a health and beauty magazine.
