Nail biting is a habit of your subconscious mind, that you gradually 'learned', sometimes as a coping mechanism for stress or anxiety.
Hypnotherapy can help you to stop nail biting, by helping your subconscious mind to recognise the habit, evaluate its usefulness and then 'unlearn' that habit, while also learning new and healthier ways to cope with stress or anxiety.
