About me...
I believe in the client as an individual and my therapy aims to empower you with simple new ways of thinking and behaving, so that you can take control of your life and progress it in the way that you want.
My approach incorporates a variety of hypnotherapy techniques and NLP, in order to offer you the best possible therapy to suit your needs. I am also continuing to learn new methods and techniques with regular specialist training, to make sure I offer the best possible service in the area.
Choosing a hypnotherapist
There is currently little regulation of hypnotherapy in the UK, so choosing a hypnotherapist with an accredited qualification and membership of a professional organisation means you will receive the highest level of service.
I am fully qualified to practice hypnotherapy - I hold an accredited Diploma in Clinical & Advanced Hypnotherapy (DipCAH) from the UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences, a nationwide training organisation headed by Shaun Brookhouse.
In addition, I am also a certified Practitioner of NLP and I hold current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
My qualifications
My qualifications have enabled me to join the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, professional organisations that regulate members to ensure that they adhere to professional standards, codes of conduct and ethics.

Finding hypnotherapy
Before finding hypnotherapy, I graduated with a first class honours degree in Cultural Studies and then worked in the publishing industry for ten years, as the Editor of various magazines. I came to understand that there are many complex factors involved in achieving physical and mental well-being, and that hypnotherapy can help you progress in almost all of them.
